Here a Parent/student can create a lesson planner for a particular date

Screen Fields Overview

Field Name Field Type Mandatory Data Nature Remarks
Student Name Suggestion List Yes Alpha Numeric characters Select the Student Name available in the List
Student ID Suggestion List Yes Alpha Numeric characters Select the Student ID available on the list. If you click the Student name it automatically provide the student ID
Plan ID Text Yes Alpha Numeric characters By default, the system will provide an auto-generated Plan ID that can be used. If the institute wants to assign their Plan ID, System defaulted ID can be replaced with own Plan ID
Date Text Yes Date Picker Date of the Lesson Plan should be mentioned here
Plan Details
Subject Drop Down No Select Select one of the Subject values available in the Institute
Unit/Lesson Text Yes Alphanumeric character Enter Unit/Lesson
Heading Text No Alphanumeric character Enter the Heading of the lesson
Sub Heading Text No Enter the Subheadings in the field
Remarks/Comments Text No Alphanumeric character Enter the Remarks/Comments

Q:How Parent/Student can Create the Lesson Planner?

Student Lesson Planner can be Created by following the below steps:
  • Choose Menu (Learning Management System=>Lesson Planner) from the Menu tree
  • Click “Create” in the menu in step 1.
  • Fill in the necessary fields. (refer to the screen fields overview table above)
  • Click Next button in the bottom of the screen to move on next steps
  • To add Lesson Plans for Student,
    • press the “+” button, New empty record will be created
    • Then enter Unit/Lesson Details
  • Once reach the last step, you may enter remarks about the Creation. This remark can be seen in the field ‘maker remarks’, under the audit tab of the full record view. If the maker of the record wants to convey some message to the checker or they want to keep some notes, they can type it here. The checker can see the same before authorization under the audit tab in the screens.
  • Click “Save” in the last step.

Student can create the Student Lesson Planner.


Q: How Parent/Student can View the Lesson Planner?

Student Lesson Planner can be viewed by following the below steps:
  • Choose the Menu (Learning Management System=>Lesson Planner) from Menu tree
  • Click “View” in step1.
  • You will see the filter screen now, wherein you can see below search filters which can be used to list out the records.
    • Student Name
    • Student ID
    • From Date
    • To Date
    • Status
    Please type value for any one of the above filters and then press next
  • you can see all the resulted records which are satisfied by your above-chosen search filter.
  • If there is only one resulted record for the given filter, the system will automatically take you next step, otherwise click on record which needs to be Viewed.
  • Then System will bring the full detailed view of the record; you can see General, Plan Details. You can click the tab to see corresponding details.

Q: How Parent/Student can Modify the Lesson Planner?

Student Lesson Planner can be modified by following the below steps:
  • Choose Menu (Learning Management System=>Lesson Planner) from the Menu tree
  • Click “Edit” in step1.
  • You will see the filter screen now, wherein you can see below the search filters which can be used to list out the records.
    • Student Name
    • Student ID
    • From Date
    • To Date
    • Status
    • Please type value for any one of the above filters and then press next
  • you can see all the resulted records which are satisfied by your above-chosen search filter.
  • If there is only one resulted record for the given filter, the system will automatically take you next step, otherwise click on the record which needs to be modified.
  • Then System will bring the full detailed view of the record; you can see General, Plan Details, and audit tabs. you can click the tab to modify corresponding details.
  • You can change the details of the required fields.
  • To add more Lesson Plans,
    • press “+” button, New empty record will be created
    • Then enter Lesson Details
  • To remove Lesson Plans,
    • press “-” button, record will be removed
  • Click “Next” in the bottom on the screen.
  • Once reach last step, you may enter remarks about the Modification. This remark can be seen in the field ‘maker remarks’, under the audit tab of the full view of the record. If the maker of the record wants to convey some message to the checker or they want to keep some notes, they can type it here. The checker can see the same before authorization under the audit tab in the screens.
  • Click “Save”.

Student can Modify the Student Lesson Planner

Modification scenarios

Modification can be done for the following scenarios:
  • If there is a change in the already existing record of Student Lesson Planner.

Q:How Parent/Student can Delete the Lesson Planner?

Student Lesson Planner can be Deleted by following the below steps:
  • Choose Menu (Learning Management System=>Lesson Planner) from Menu tree
  • Click “Delete” in step1.
  • You will see the filter screen now, wherein you can see below the search filters which can be used to list out the records.
    • Student Name
    • Student ID
    • From Date
    • To Date
    • Status
    • Please type value for any one of the above filters and then press next.
  • you can see all the resulted records which are satisfied by your above chosen search filter.
  • If there is only one resulted record for the given filter, the system will automatically take you next step, otherwise click on record which needs to be deleted.
  • System will bring the full detailed view of the record.
  • Click “Delete” at the bottom of the screen.
Tips:

The Person who Creates the Record can only delete that record.

Deletion Scenarios

Deletion can be done for the following scenarios:
  • Teacher/Student mistakenly created the Student Lesson Planner, and it is not yet authorized by Admin, they can delete the record.
  • Teacher/Student mistakenly modify the Student Lesson Planner, and it is not yet authorized by Admin, they can delete the modification version.

Q: How Parent/Student can mark the lesson plan status as completed ?

Student Lesson Planner status can be changed by following the below steps:
  • Choose Menu (Learning Management System=>Lesson Planner) from Menu tree .
  • Click “Edit” in the step1 .

    • Student Name
    • Student ID
    • From Date
    • To Date
    • Status

  • If there is only one resulted record for the given filter, the system will automatically take you next step, otherwise click on record which needs to be modified.

  • You can change the status as complete then under the plan details click the lesson plan .
  • Click “Next” in the bottom on the screen.
