The server hits is totally based on the usage of Application, therefore estimating it upfront is difficult. You can use our application for atleast 3 months and monitor the server hits usage through Usage reports.

Usage report can be generated for a specific user or it can be generated based on user types. You can estimate the server hits by observing these reports.

You can also set a maximum limit for an user to access a screen (per day) in "User > Access Configurations" screen.

Parent users can access our application by one of the following two ways:

Free Tier:

In Free Tier approach, Each parent user will be given hits per academic year. At any point of time, if they require more usage either Institute or Parent can purchase hits based on the preference.

Pay-as-you-Go:

In Pay-as-you-Go approach, Institute or Parent users can purchase server hits for usage after the free limit is over. Admin user of the Institute can choose whether Institute should pay for Parent users server hits, or Parent users can purchase their own hits.

Parent user (If Parent pays for their usage after free limit exhaustion)

*Server hits can be purchased after the 100 free server hits is exhausted.
An Academic year denotes the time period between the first working day and last working day of an Institute. For instance, an academic year for 2021 in London may start from September 1 2021 and may end on June 24 2022.
Any resource purchased in middle of academic year is valid only till the last working day of that corresponding academic year.

Parent user (If Institute pays for Parent usage after free limit exhaustion)
