In Subscription pricing model: We offer a 14 calendar days free trial period. You can use all the features of the application for free till the end of this period.
2. How NewGenEducationApp Pricing works?
In Pay-as-you-go pricing model: You will be charged based on Usage metrics like Server API hits, Storage consumption, SMS Notifications, Email notifications & Online Payments. Each Metrics has a defined free limit valid for one year. Free limits are auto-renewed every year. Once the given free limit is fully used, Institutes can buy resources based on their usage. NewGenEducationApp pricing is similar to how you pay for utilities like Mobile top-ups. You only pay for what you need, and once you stop using them, there will be no additional costs or termination fees.
In Subscription model: We offer a 14 calendar days free trial period. You can use all the features of the application for free till the end of this period. After the trial period is over, you can continue our features by following any one of our plans. We are offering competitive pricing in the market. Institute can either go for monthly or quarterly or yearly plans based on their usage and requirements.
3. Do I need to pay upfront cost during signup?
No need to pay any upfront cost.
In Pay-as-you-go pricing model: You can use our application for free till the end of the free limit resources. Only after the free limit is fully used, you can purchase additional resources based on your usage.
In Subscription pricing model: You can use our application for free till the end of the 14 calendar days trial period. Only after the end of trial period, you have to choose any one of our plans to continue your usage.
4. Do I need to mention my credit / debit card details for signup?
No, you can start your trial for free. There is no need to mention your credit / debit card details.
5. How to terminate or cancel from NewGenEducationApp after signup?
There is no special process to follow for termination or cancellation from NewGenEducationApp. You can stop using NewGenEducationApp at any time you want. We do not charge for termination or cancellation.
6. How long does the free trial period exists in Subscription pricing model?
Our free trial period exists for 14 calendar days from the day of signup.

14 calendar days free trial is applicable only to Subscription pricing model. After you sign up, you can access all the features of NewGenEducationApp for 14 calendar days. During this trial period, you can enjoy all the features of our application for free. If you feel satisfied and would like to continue using our application, then you can choose any one of our plans based on your requirements and enjoy NewGenEducationApp without any interruption.
9. Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription??
Once your current Subscription plan is over, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription by buying the new preferred plan.
You can switch from Pay-as-you-go pricing model to Subscription pricing model at any time as you want. To switch from Subscription pricing model to Pay-as-you-go pricing model, you have to wait till the current subscribed plan ends, and you can switch to Pay-as-you-go pricing model.

15. Will I be reminded about the expiration of my current subscription / plan?
Yes, we will send SMS and mail remainders to the Admin's contact number and email, everyday from 1 week before plan expiry.
16. What happens if the subscription / plan is not renewed after expiration?
If the subscription / plan is expired and is not renewed, then the user can only login into the application, but cannot perform any of the provided functionalities.
17. What happens if all the purchased resources are used or expired in Pay-as-you-go model?
In Pay-as-you-go model, if all the purchased resources are used then the users can only login into the application and cannot perform any of the offered functionalities. You have to purchase more resources or wait till the free limit renews to continue enjoying our features.
