No need to pay any upfront cost. You can use our application for free till the end of the 14 calendar days trial period. Only after the end of trial period, you have to choose any one of our plans to continue your usage.

No, you can start your trial for free. There is no need to mention your credit / debit card details. Only after the end of trial period, you have to choose any one of our plans to continue your usage.
5. How to terminate or cancel from NewGenEducationApp after signup?
There is no special process to follow for termination or cancellation from NewGenEducationApp. You can use our application till your plan validity expires. You can stop using NewGenEducationApp at any time you want. We do not charge for termination or cancellation.

10. How to subscribe / pay to a plan in NewGenEducationApp?
After signup, you will be given the credentials to log in to NewGenEducationApp. Use the given credentials and Log in to our application, go to "Subscription" in the menu. There you can choose whatever the plan that best suites your requirements and buy them using any card payment methods. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not store any card details.

12. Will I be reminded about the expiration of my current subscription / plan?
Yes, we will send SMS and mail remainders to the Admin's contact number and email, everyday from 1 week before plan expiry.
13. What happens if the subscription / plan is not renewed after expiration?
If the subscription / plan is expired and is not renewed, then the user can only login into the application, but cannot perform any of the provided functionalities.
