Free then Pay-as-you-go

You will be charged based on Usage metrics like Server API hits, Storage consumption, SMS Notifications, Email notifications & Online Payments.

Each Metrics has a defined free limit valid for one year. Once the given free limit is fully used, Institutes can buy resources based on their usage.

NewGenEducationApp Pay-as-you-go pricing model is similar to how you pay for utilities like Mobile top-ups. You only pay for what you need, and once you stop using them, there will be no additional costs or termination fees.

We do not charge any setup, monthly or hidden fees. Pay only for usage that exceeds the free limit.


Volume discounts & Flexible pricing model

Server API hits

Number of API calls requested to the server while using our application
Institute can opt between the following models at the time of signup.
In B2C model, only the Parents/Students pays for the application usage (Server API hits). The institute is not required to pay for their application usages (Server API hits).
In B2B model, only the Institute pays for the application usage (Server API hits). Parents/Students are not required to pay for their application usages (Server API hits).

B2C Model

  • The first 500 Server API hits is provided as free limit for each Parent/Student user.
  • Parent/Student pays for their usage after free limit exhaustion.
  • Institute does not need to pay for application usage & storage consumption of both Institute users and Parent/Student users.
Unlimited usage at only 12 GBP per Parent/Student user, valid upto 1 year period.


B2B Model

  • Users can use upto 30000 Server API hits as their free limit.
    (Note: Free limit for users is not for each user, it is accumulated usage of all users in the institute.)
  • The storage limit of 1 GB is provided as free limit.
  • Institute pays for their usage and Parents/Students usage after free limit exhaustion.
  • Parent/Student does not need to pay for anything.
Usage plans starting at only 9.47 GBP valid upto 1 year period.

SMS Pricing

Number of SMS notifications sent to parent / student users

  • First 100 SMS is free.
  • Institute can purchase SMS plans based on its requirement & size at any time.
Starting at only 46.04 GBP valid upto 1 year period.


Email Pricing

Number of email notifications sent to parent / student users

  • First 5000 emails is free.
  • Institute can purchase email plans based on its requirement & size at any time.
Starting at only 3.95 GBP valid upto 1 year period.


Online Payment Gateway

For each online fee payment transaction, there would be stripe payment gateway charges & application platform charges applicable.



How it works?
  • Our Pricing model is designed in a way it considers only the above mentioned pricing factors. Each of these factors are initially given with a free limit. You don't have to buy resources until the free limit is over.
  • However, if the free limit is exhausted and you need certain resources (say for instance, only SMS limit is required or application usage is required), you can purchase the required resources in pay-as-you-go model.
  • You can purchase the resources based on your needs & requirements. We do not follow any complex contract or capacity plannings, thereby preventing you from spending on unnecessary resources.
  • We do not limit our features based on any plans or subscriptions. Every user can access and utilize every features of our application.
  • Unlike our competitors, we do not charge based on the number of users. You can choose whichever resource is required and can purchase it.
